Alive and well as of 7/22/19

This letterbox is located in the only city in Orange County with an alliterative name, in a park with the same alliterative name as the city.

In the last year, from November 2009 to November 2010, I have planted 20 traditional boxes (not including 25 in Chino Hills) and also carved 8 event stamps. Most of these have used alliteration in their titles. You'll need to work out which letters I used alliteratively, because all occurrences of those letters in the clues below have been replaced with either T (traditional) or E (event).
