Welcome to Power Ranch-
This land is part of a legacy. In the early 1900s James and Sarah Powers settled here on 2,000 acres. Power Ranches employed as many as 500 people and produced some of the best Pima Cotton (named after Pima County, AZ). They also raised cattle, peaches, plums, grapes, nectarines, barley, wheat, sorghum and potatoes. The Powers family was known for putting everything into this land saying “it takes a lot of work and a lot of love” to run a ranch.

Today it is home to an unparalleled community of around 15,000 residents who enjoy many amenities including beautiful tree lined streets, multiple neighborhood parks, 26+ miles of trails, fishing ponds, swimming pools, ramadas, community clubhouse and barn, plenty of sport areas for groups of all sizes and so much more.

Are you ready? To begin your search, locate one of the central meeting points in the neighborhood- The Ranch House Clubhouse, off E. Haven Crest Rd. Once parked, head west down the paved path that takes you between the Ranch House Clubhouse and the Ranch House Community Pool. As you walk under the awning towards the lake, the true beauty of this community will start to unfold. Take time to recognize all the sights and sounds while remembering it's history. Continue towards the wooden pier that overlooks the lake. When you reach the path that turns left towards the pier TAKE IT, just don’t walk the planks yet! Be very precise in counting the boards on the pier: 2, 4, 6, __. Mark this board and carefully, discretely note some stones under the east edge of the pier. What you are seeking should be just behind the stones. Please read the enclosed note and re-hide without drawing attention.

As the Powers would say, “It takes a lot of work and a lot of love”. Thanks for enjoying our community.
