Begin your search at the Sunset Aquatic Shipyard.
Once you’ve parked in the shipyard lot, follow the sidewalk back the way you drove in along a blue, palm tree-lined fence.
When you reach the place where the road curves to the right you will see a utility pole. Look to your right for two concrete blocks that appear to have once been one. Where they divided is where you will find The Promise Hand.
