Part of Texas Sailing trip 2011
From main port, find Gingerbread restuarant. If facing it, go right and follow beach all the way to farthest dock before beach ends (not in use anymore. From dock, go up toward building, then right along it's base to stairway. box is buried in sand with rock over at corner of where stairs go up.
