This isn’t a place for tourist…this local cantina is a Tucson Original where jeans, old leather boots, and a cowboy hat are the perfect attire.
This cantina sits high above a horse stable and a wash that has the same name.
When you locate this cantina look for the big cowboy and turn into the parking lot. Once in the parking lot, find the small cowboy near the Desert Rose Room sign. Behind the large Palo Verde under the loose piece of concrete you will find the box.
Once you find the box you might want to step inside the cantina for a drink and a nice meal. Be sure to sit out on the patio so you can overlook the stables & wash, beautiful sunset, and during the summer fabulous thunder storms roll in.
When you go to retrieve the box watch out for things that bite and sting.
