From Susanville take Highway 36 towards Westwood. Towards the bottom of Ferdonyer Pass, turn left into the Snow Mobile Park.
To right of the bathroom, and at the end of the parking lot is a trail. Take 80 steps to a large stump. Look to the right. About 30 feet away, at the bottom of a burned tree, is what your looking for.
