After driving for a while and you are very thirsty, you may want to wet your whistle. This can be done right off of Hwy 120 at a local establishment in the town of Oakdale. This establishment has over 40 beers on tap and I’ve been told some of the best Fried Catfish every Friday night. Stop on in this place because the locals are warm and the brews are cold.
While in there, after getting something cold to drink and something good to eat (they have great burgers also), walk on out to the patio. While out there check out the good luck charms, pass on by the unlucky prince, and go to the gate behind where the wind blows. At the edge of fence area you will see some large orange colored rocks; here you will take one squared foot in to catch your dinner.
Mike is the gardener for the establishment and he has spent many hours beautifying this area. Please use care and even thank him if you see him when on this journey.
