This is the sixth in a series of kid and adult friendly letterboxes celebrating classic toys.
Of course, the bear has to be in the woods. There is a park on Indian Memorial Road.
To get there:
From Route 6, take Exit 8. Head towards Station Ave (South Yarmouth.) Go straight through the two sets of lights. You will pass Station Avenue Elementary School and Dennis-Yarmouth Regional High School on the left. Look for St. Pius Church on the left and shortly thereafter is Indian Memorial Road on the right. After you turn on Indian Memorial, you will see a sign with a see-saw indicating the playground. Turn in by the playground. Your search starts by the slide.
Stand between two pines that mark the start of the path. Walk 29 steps and look for a narrow deer path to the left. Walk to the large leaning pine. The box is under the white pine beside it around the back.
