Dighton Rock State Park has a museum with interesting interpretations of old carvings on Dighton Rock. It also has a large picnic area with
grills and nice views of the Taunton River.

From rte 24 take exit 10 to North Main street toward Berkley.
Left on Friend street, at end take left on Bayview.
Take right into Dighton Rock State Park.
Park in lot and find trail sign.
From sign site 160 to a trail, take this trail.
Go left at fork, go left at end of trail.
Trail will turn left at large cedar in middle of trail.
From this cedar site 238 degrees to a triagular shaped boulder.
Walk to left of boulder and find flat rock right next to boulder.
Zebra is in cave under large boulder under leaves. Flat rock points to it.
Return the way you came or for a more scenic route, instead of taking a right back to the parking lot go straight. Trail will loop around with views of the river and end at the picnic area.

Box alive and well as of 4/29/2006
