Stenger Hill Cemetary. Coming from Chambersburg on rt 30 towards Fort Loudon. Before you come to the light, make a right into Stenger Hill Cemetary. It might not be marked. Once you go in find the flag poles. Stand in front of the rock at the base of poles, facing them. Notice the second pole. Your prize is under the bush behind it.
