Put 247 Cornell Road, Westport, MA into your GPS and it will take you to a driveway where you can park to search for this letterbox. (You may have seen other addresses for this property, but for this letterbox, the trailhead you want is beside the address above, trust me!) Upon arriving, peek at the trailhead and glance over the map, the yellow trail will eventually be the route you will take to find your treasure. This location has fun hiking trails that go through forests filled with big oak trees and other kinds of hardwood trees. The trails also follow along Angeline Brook, a clean, cold stream that’s one of the best in Westport! In the middle of the land, there used to be a big field where animals once grazed. Now, it has been turned into a beautiful meadow full of wild plants and flowers that grow in warm seasons.This special place was made possible thanks to the help and money from many people and groups who wanted to protect nature. Sometimes, people are allowed to go hunting here, but they must call the WLCT office first to get permission!

Now for our clues…
Head down the path to the right passing through the meadow starting on the red trail. Listen to the birds…it’s always a symphony in that space! Pass through the opening in the large boulders and make your way down the path until to get to the fork in the road, taking the yellow trail! You will arrive at a wooden walk-way that curves around eventually leading you to a little brook, cross the brook and continue your trek. You will see a big boulder at the end of one of the wooden paths on your left. Hidden just behind that boulder, tucked below you will find your letterbox!
