in water wheel park there is a lot to check out. walk through the Salish gate, have a seat in front of the Bandshell on the long wooden benches. look to your left and find a long wooden ramp. where the ramp meets the ground, reach underneath towards the lower end. behind some chunks of concrete you will find the box tucked in.
