This historic restaurant only serves grilled fish and that’s it. It will cost around 5USD for a meal. There are way too many muggles in this area and it's difficult to hide a box that will last a long time. So take a few hours of your day and head over to the UNESCO world heritage site - Central Sector of the Imperial Citadel of Thang Long. Across the street is Lenin Park with a statue of the communist leader. It's a 20 minute walk from the restaurant.
