Part of my Beer Series
Terrain Difficulty: Easy (slight slope, 200 yards RT)
Broken Compass Brewing opened its doors on May 30th, 2014, fulfilling a lifelong dream of owners Jason and Jolene Ford. Here they crafted truly unique and delicious beers from the choicest ingredients and the finest water. So mosey on up and get a little lost in their beer after finding this box on the Bakers Tank Trail.
Directions:
For the brewery, go to 520 South Main St. For the letterbox, go east on Boreas Pass Rd for 3.6 miles to Bakers Tank Trailhead parking on the left.
Clues:
Walk right to sign for Bakers Tank Trail and go on it as it enters the forest. Soon come to a tree with a blue diamond and continue 75 steps to an old trail crossing. Go left on it and up 19 steps then right 2 steps to three trees in a group. LB is at their base under a rock & needles.
