We wanted this to be harder! But it's probably the easiest letterbox ever!
Enter at the main entrance. Drive straight under the bridge. To the left look for a beautiful marble monument with the name DeCastro on it. Go to that monument and appreciate the beautiful saying on the inside.
"Look therefor to this one day, for it and it alone is life, each today well lived makes yesterday a dream of happiness and each tomorrow a vision of hope. "
After you have soaked in the beautiful quote, and observed the lovely pond behind the monument. You will see 3 trees to the right if you are facing the monument. At the base of the tree on the left you will find what you are looking for. A clear container with a log book, stamp, inkpad and a pen. Please log your find and be sure to hide in same spot so the grounds keepers can't see it.
A little history behind this memorial letterbox. In April 2019, I took my bestie and her son visiting from california letterboxing here. Her son at the time was 11. He was so excited to find Molygon. My bestie, his mother passed away earlier this year. So in her memory, we planted this letterbox. Her favorite drink from Starbucks is a Iced Matcha Latte, with and extra scoop of Matcha. This letterbox was planted by her son Alex and Nephew Asa. We love the DeCastro monument, as Alex's last name is Castro. And the beautiful Marble and the beautiful quote.
