Box is located on trail headed for Alice Lake and Twin Lakes, at far end of Pettit Lake.
Directions:
From Stanley, go south on Hwy 75 to the Petit Lake turn. Turn left on FR 208 headed for Petit Lake Campground, and on to the Tin Cup Trailhead. Park.
To the Letterbox
Start at the Tin Cup Trailhead, and walk along Petit lake. Stay straight at junction for Toxaway lake. At end of Petit Lake reach Wilderness sign and Kiosk. At Wilderness sign, look right of it and see a large boulder 10 yards away. Go to back side of
