Please read the clue before searching. There is a very steep embankment near the letterbox. I don’t want anyone to fall. I also received a July 2022 update - I was told the first part of the boardwalk has been blocked off. Please let me know when it’s usable again. You could access this letterbox by taking the ATV trail located very close to visitor center - but extreme caution would be needed as it’s a heavily used trail by ATVs

This stamp is the only thing backward. It started out unintentionally of course, but I kept carving after I realized.

There once lived a man named Chris Regan. He lived in Iron River. Chris was an active guy and often used the local trails in the area. He died in 2014. You can use Google or watch the documentary “Dead North” for the unpleasant details on that. Since there wasn’t really a way to pay respects to him, I decided to mention him in this clue and plant a box dedicated to one of the many activities he enjoyed.

Park at the visitor center on Genesee st just before the RV park.
Take the Genesee st sidewalk to the right until you come to the Apple Blossom trailhead on the right. Begin your quest going right on the trail. Cross the long boardwalk as you meander near a campground.
Cross the next boardwalk
Pipe on left
Hole number 1 site 300 to the 5er. Carefully crossing atv trail.
In the middle.
Be careful it’s steep on the back side. Very steep. That’s why I’ve added extreme.
Please be sure box is secure and buried under debris when finished.
