Access is easy from Hwy 45 from Paulding, MI. Go about 4 miles on Bond Falls Road to the Bond Falls Scenic Site. Park along the road at the top of the falls. Walk down the left side of the water to the bottom of the falls. before you reach the boardwalk at the bottom of the falls - turn left and walk into the woods to the west following the rock shelf about 40 steps until you are in front of a tall pine tree. Turn around and look for a crevice user a big rock at the base of the rock shelf. If you walked past the tree, to the creek, turn around and go back 10 steps and look for the box. 3 small rock fragments block the entrance.
You also can get to the box from the parking lot at the bottom of the falls, but you will enjoy the route from the top best!
