While visiting in the United Kingdom, I always get a kick out of their caution signs. Rather than the yellow diamonds used in the United States, they use triangles, trimmed in red. This stamp was made from one of my photos. I recently stopped at the park on my way to the Grand Canyon and thought it would be a nice place to plant a box. Enjoy.

From Flagstaff, head north on Highway 180 towards the Grand Canyon. Before leaving town, you will see a sign that says Snow Bowl Road is seven miles. Kendrick Park is 12.5 miles past Snow Bowl Road on 180, on the left side. It is a nice rest area with toilets and a walking trail.

Clues:
Take the paved path that goes to the left of the toilet block. Not far you will see a forest service sign with a Stellar Jay on it. Look up after reading that sign and you will see a fence in the distance with a group of rocks slightly to the left near the fence. Walk to those rocks (about 55 steps and 10 degrees) and around the corner of the last rock. These are big rocks, but there is a small cubby hole between the two rocks on the end. You will find Young at Heart there. There are two smaller rocks blocking the entrance with some debris.

The first person who finds the box will also find a hitchhiker
in it.

Please double bag the stamp and logbook.

The Life Song LB is nearby. (Across the highway at the Little Dove Chapel.)

Happy Boxing!
