Like my Musical Journey: 60s Series, this series is about the rock groups I listened to in the 1970s and how the music evolved with each new group, and sometimes within a group. Though some of the groups were formed in the 60s, they are included here since most of their work was done in the 70s. I have included links to songs by each group to help you get in the mood. So come along for a head banging good time by going to Onion Creek Metro Park to find this series.
Directions:
From I35 go east on E Slaughter Ln for 1.7 mi, left on Bluff Springs Rd for 0.4 mi, right on Nuckols Crossing Rd for 0.5 mi & left to stay on it for 0.6 mi, then left into Onion Creek Metro Park & park near entrance.

The double disc Live Album was released later in 1970 and it showcased their appeal with songs like Into The Sun.
