This box is part of an 8 box series in the parks of Emporia KS.
Turning west off of Lincoln st. into Jones Park there should be a gravel parking lot to your right. DO NOT PARK HERE
Continue past the large gravel parking lot over the speed bump and stay right at the fork in the road.
After you get over the top of the hill there is a pavilion and a small designated parking area. Park here in the parking area and look back toward the way you drove in.
There is a speed bump with a sign that reads "vehicles on roadway only". To the right of this sign is a large tree. Walk around the backside of this tree to enter into its branches.
The box is placed inside the hollow center cavity of the tree.
I would recommend taking the box back to your car or the pavilion to do your business. Please put leaves and branches over top to cover the box back up.
