When you enter the park, head right at the first driveway. This will lead you up towards the Stephen C. Foster statue. If you drive past the Italian Renaissance pavilion you have gone too far. There is a pergola on your right. Park in front of this on the left hand side (right hand is no parking). Walk towards the pergola. On your left you will see some fairly new trees. Of course these could be older trees in a few years. Currently they have the green wrap around their base. At the 4th tree, stop. Look at that tree and past it are other trees. One of these is somewhat hollow. In there you will find Matilda. Please make sure to seal the bag and hide well to prevent it from being disposed of by the caretakers. Happy trails.
