This box is part of an 8 box series in the parks of Emporia KS.
Park on Union st. next to the park in the southmost parking spot possible.
Look for a small railroad maintenance hut marked UNION STREET M.P. 111.67. The legs of the hut are made from some sort of angled aluminum material.
The box is tucked into the southeast leg of the hut buried underneath the gravel. The top of the box should be pretty much flush with the gravel.
There arent usually people hanging around the park but there are always people driving by so I would recommend taking the box back to your car with you to do your business.
