Just give me the clue already:
Find Burt's Bees Inc at the north end of the American Tobacco Campus. Find where the west-most corner of the building meets the top landing of the stairs. You should see a yellow "brick" road in front of you. Check under the gravel in the corner for an eppendorf tube (very tiny test tube).

To make this a complete adventure, you could start walking north at any point of the American Tobacco Trail and make your way to the campus. Grab a slice at Mellow Mushroom, walk the campus and once you find the box, follow the yellow brick road and admire the artwork on the side of the building. This is one of my favorite spots on the ATC. Enjoy!
