Let's go on a paranormal investigation to find the haunted glitter Letterbox.
Start your investigation walking towards the Tamarack Nature Center building from the parking lot.
Then follow the path towards your left. Note, you will walk past a water fountain as you head behind the nature center building.
A little after the water fountain, the paved path will start to branch off to the right. Continue going straight as the paved path curves to the left.
If you stay on the paved path, eventually you'll come across another fork in the road. At this fork, there's a bench at which you take a break and look and listen for forest spirits. There's also a directional guide, in case you want to explore after you find the Letterbox. At this fork, take a right and continue on your investigation.
Keep on walking until you come across three light grey poles standing right next to each other. They are about 4 feet tall.
Once you find these poles walk into the unpaved path just to the left of the poles. These poles were put up to make a barrier of sorts, which stops forest spirits from venturing onto the paved path. Be careful because once you walk past these poles, you will no longer have any protection.
As you walk, make sure you're paying attention to everything around you. You wouldn't want something to come out and spook you. Take about 35-45 steps in, and you will come to a clearing on your left side.
Walk into the clearing and look for a spooky-looking dead tree about 25 feet tall. The tree itself is very thick with no leaves on it and has short wide branches. Legend has it the haunted Glitter Letterbox gives the tree enough spiritual energy to allow it to stay standing even after it has been long dead. This dead tree is the epicenter for all paranormal activity in this entire forest. The spirts that live in the forest come to this tree when the sun-sets. They do this to not only absorb energy from the Haunted Glitter Letterbox but, also to get together and cause mischief!
Walk towards the tree... and circle it clockwise until you find a hollow hole. Reach inside it and grab what's inside! Be careful.
