Walk with a Turtle!

1) Park at lot off of Wells Hill Road (off Route 58, Easton, CT)
2) You will enter at Marker 44
3) Bear right on the Blue/White Trail
4) Bear left at Marker 42 continuing to follow the Blue/White Trail
5) In about 1/2 mile you will cross a foot bridge over a stream
6) As you step off the bridge, take 20-24 strides up the inclined trail
7) You will see a rock imbedded in the path - looks exactly like a turtle shell - with deep crevices
8) Look left off the trail for two downed tree limbs, forming a cross
9) You will find the letterbox hidden near the crossed tree limbs
NOTE: You can then continue on the beautiful Blue/White Trail (which loops back to the parking lot - Marker 44 where you started - for a total hike of 2 miles)
Happy Hiking! :)

Hike length: 1 mile
