Difficulty: Easy
Distance to Letterbox: About 1/4 mile round trip
This box is hidden along the Lone Star Trail, on the Little Lake Creek trail. This trail is wide and open, easy to hike.
Directions:
From Montgomery, go north on Hwy 149. Just after Hidden Forest Road on right, loop for parking area on right for the Lone Star Trail (may not be a sign, but if you pass it you will see sign going the other way). Pull in and park.
To the Letterbox:
Go to end of parking area and start trail at sign. Soon you reach a junction. Turn right on Little Lake Creek Loop trail. Go down until you reach 4 wooden post and 2 red plastic stakes on left of trail. Turn back and return 10 steps on trail. Go to large pine tree on left edge of trail. Box on back side base under rotten wood.
