• Travel by car to The Blue Hills Reservation in Milton, Ma. You can start at the Trailside Museum (easiest route) or take any trail that will lead you up to Elliot Tower. Purchase a map inside the museum for $2.00. You can also print out a map on line.
• Hike up to Elliot Tower.
• Walk towards the Blue Hills weather observatory. On route look for the stone trail marker for South Skyline Trail on your left.
• Start walking down the trail (it will be about 24 steps). Look for rocks that line the trail on the right. Count the rocks...1...2...3 STOP. Look behind and under the third rock and you will find the Tenacre Orchard Letterbox. Please re-hide the letter box well!
