From the parking lot, follow the paved path until it becomes a dirt trail. Just before the sign for Hog Back Ridge Trail there is a fork in the path. Take the trail to the left. Follow the trail until you come to a bridge. Cross the bridge, and take a right. Follow the path for some time, past the huge tree crotch on the left, and past the creepy door to nowhere on the right, until you come to another fork in the road, this time with 3 possible paths. Take the one on the right. When you get to the bridge over the small creek go up to the viewing area above it. Take a moment to look around, and maybe have a picnic with your buddies. When you’re ready, take a look behind the bench, near 3 similar trees.
