Hidden for GISHWHES 2017, Item #99.
This item should be fairly easy to find. Park at the Pacolet & Lawson's Fork Blueway (Above Dam), off of Emma Cudd Road. Stand directly in front of the Rebirth sculpture. Point your left hand at the ground. Look where you point. Please be sure to secure the box out of site, and close the baggies when you're finished. Don't forget to bring your own stamp pad!
If you're feeling particularly Gishy, bring along a trash bag and wander the trail along the dam area. You should find plenty of items to help with Item #39!
