This Summer I reintroduced my grandchildren to Letterboxing. I thought this was a way to get them out of the house and explore their community. This is our first attempt to plant a box. I hope their interest continues...
Our neighborhood of Merion Village is about 2 miles South of Downtown Columbus. At the Southwest corner of Bruck and Hanford Streets, you will find Historical St. Leo Catholic Church. Across from the church on the Southeast corner is Moeller Park. At that corner face South and walk approximately .5 miles to the former location of Betty Ann's. You should be at the corner of Bruck and Morill. At the oneway sign take 13 large steps South. Turn East and take 7 steps to the tree. At the rear of the tree look up. Your find should be just above eye level.
