1) Just on the south side of City Park is a bridge with a sign "McManus Park" (Across the street from free camping spots)
2) Walk across the bridge over the Popo Agie River
3) Follow the sidewalk path
4) Stop between 1st and 2nd bench
5) Just across the sidewalk, you will see a lone cottonwood tree
6) At the base of the tree, covered with wood, you will find the river stamp
