Walking up the trail past the "Picnic Pavilion" fallow the river past "Jacobs ladder" and you will see a gazebo to your right - go over the bridge to the gazebo and you will see a "Holy Well" and stairs behind the gazebo - go up the stairs to the 20th step and look under.
