From highway I-84 take exit 173 and go south to Addison Ave. At the corner of Blue Lakes Ave and Addison Ave you will see a statue of a horse pulling a plow. Go around the corner and park on 11th avenue north.
Go to the watergate- your package is right in the middle, of the back of the watergate, burried under rocks.
