Park where the road dead ends at the corner of Allen Martin Pkwy and Laurel Drive. Walk across the intersection, immediately up Laurel Drive you will see the paved small drive that leads to some utility boxes and the start of the trails for the Forestdale Natural Area.
Down hill; turn right at the intersection; walk to where a log has fallen over the trail has been cut by a human. Look right for another fallen tree in back of a very, very, tall snag.
Look closely or you may think it is just another tree. Look under the shelf on the backside of the fallen tree.
Reseal carefully, rehide nicely. Return the way you came.
