From the parking lot at Gathland State Park, go up the trail about half a mile. You will see a sign that says "Appalachian Trail area," with some information and rules and the trail splits. Turn left and head SW up the hill past the fire circle and look for a big flat rock. The letterbox is on the left side of the big flat rock!
