Begin by finding the trough near the picnic benches and parking area. Then cross the ravine/creek to take the trail on the north side. Stop when you get to the third concrete culvert that dives under the trail. Count ?(4 + 7 X 8) more steps to a cluster of eucalyptus trees. Look under the bark behind the multi-trunked one.
Hippopotenuse
Continue on past more culverts and then a small clearing with different piles of dirt and rock. The trail heads uphill, but before you do, look right 80 degrees from the piles to a multi-trunked tree near a small trail going down. Look behind it buried under leaves and bark.
Normalcurvisaurus
Continue up the trail until it ends at a culvert. Follow it uphill until it branches off to the right. Look under leaves at a tree 52 steps down on the right.
