From parking lot (2501 86th St East, Bloomington, MN 55425)follow paved trail until it becomes dirt trail. Just before sign for Hogback Ridge trail there is a Y in the path. Go left. Follow path to the foot bridge but do not cross the bridge. Just past the bridge is a fallen tree. Look for the box under the tree.
