In memory of our Mom~
Drive to the first gate on (Whitman) Spring Road and park. Road is no longer open to cars unless you are a land owner. Walk to the second gate, approximately 3/4 of a mile. Facing the gate, look to your right. Past the two boulders, you will see a tree with three trunks....behind and hidden in the base is what you seek. Enjoy the beautiful scenery and hopefully you will hear the loons calling.
Hike length: 1 mile
