Olean was founded at the headwaters of the Alleghany River in 1804 by Revolutionary War hero Major Adam Hoops.
The clues:
At the entrance of Forness Park make a right at Forness 5. Travel until Farm 4 will be on your left and baseball 2 should be on your right. At this point walk past the gate and up to the path along the river. On the river path make a left. Look for 102. At the base of 102 riverside is what you seek.
