*************MISSING AS OF 10/2011******************
Safety Considerations: Not appropriate for small children due to the steep drop off along the stream (in places up to 30 feet).

To find this letterbox you will need to drive to Campion Park which is on Highway 195 between Hatch road and Qualchan golf course. You need to be heading North on 195 but if coming from Spokane you can turn around at the Hatch road intersection. There is a small sign along the highway and shortly afterwards a turn in area. It is really close to the Hatch road turn. Park in front of the rocks. Hike on the dirt road/path downhill toward the creek and follow it to the right. Here it parallels the edge of the stream. After about 166 steps from where you parked there is a HUGE ponderosa pine surrounded and partially hidden by its still living branches touching the ground. The box is on the up hill side of the trunk beneath a rock and pine needles. Please re-hide carefully and leave the area as natural as possible.

The image is of a serpent, Aztec mosiac of turquoise that resides in the British Museum. Bring turquoise or blue ink plus black and red to get the most accurate color representation.
Did I mention the first finder prize? This is an easy walk of about .2 miles and is near where Ancient Art Series #2 went missing 2 years ago.
