Located in Town Center, head to the place of Books and Blooms. As you drive in, don't forget to salute Old Glory.
After you park, and the season is right, take time to catch a show in the ampitheater, amble through the Children's Garden, or even take in a ball game. Walk past the brambly Rosa Rugosa to the Friendship/Japanese Gardens. Keep an eye out for the Dew Drop Inn rainbarrel. There under the stair is what you are searching for. (Careful of the Garden Fairy's tools)
Sit a spell and enjoy the birdbath. Once you have stamped our Bloom in your book (and vise versa), re-hide the treasure to its hiding place and continue on your way along the front walk, greeting Old Glory again.
Head inside via stair or ramp for your choice of books or other entertainment. Enjoy your stay and be sure to return soon.
