Traveling from the Rivermarket area on President Clinton toward the Clinton Library. You will cross Sherman and on your right is a rabbit statue. Walk 2-3 paces and to your right is a watermeter cover. Face the cover. Go to the back of the tree directly in front of you. It is at the base. We are new to this process/please post if this box is missing.
