Look for a grey pouch behind the Water wheel house. Look in between a couple of rocks that look like they were carved for steps. Look in the rocks close to the Wheel House.
* The Eli Terry Water Wheel is not available right now. Looks like the city is about to do some construction on the park. Once the construction is done I will hide it again
