This collection of boxes has been carved by some of the most talented stamp carvers all over the country. We have had a great time putting this series together for everyone to enjoy. Please remember to rehide these very carefully. Thank you and Happy Boxing!!!
PJ Hoffmast park is located in Norton Shores. You can take 31 to the Pontaluna Exit and head west. Take Pontaluna until you see the entrance sign on the left hand side.
Park entrance fee's are $6 for a day pass or $24 for a yearly pass.
Start at the Walk a mile trail. This trail is located in the beach parking lot. If you are starting from the childhood series #1 box you can skip down to the 7th clue.
1. Cross under the fallen tree.
2. Be on the look out for the tree that fell across the path but lost a section so we could go on.
3. Once again cross under the fallen tree.
4. Follow the 12 post along the trail on the left.
5 Keep your eyes open we are getting close.
6. Look for the falling tree that leans across the left, Note the ridge that is behind that tree.
7. Keep following the path find Rog+Jan on the left
8. Take the six stairs
9. Avoid the tree in the middle of the path
10. Continue on the washed out trail.
11. 26 stairs you will go down.
12. Come upon the big trunk of a fallen tree to the left.
13. Many roots will cover your path again
14. Find Dad, Mom, Mason and Jis the the left.
15. DK an DY 1/29/84 on the right.
16. SMN to the left.
17. Climb the root steps up the trail
18. Find the Moss covered carpet to the Right.
19. Up the root covered hill we go.
20. the gentle fallen giant to the right makes a great resting seat.
21. Keep following the path careful of the ledge to the right.
22. Follow the sign to Lake Michigan.
23. Come to the valley of many fallen trees and up the hill we go.
24. Keep waling a good distance.
25. Under the three tree limbs you will walk under.
26. At the bottom of the sand hill turn left.
27. Head for the two fallen trees that make an x
28. At the west end of these tree's you will find your childhood game.
You can climb the sand hill to the beach and at the beach entrance you will find the parking lot.
