This letterbox is hidden at the Bogard Rest Area 27 miles NW of Susanville on Highway 44. It is pretty much a drive-by, but you can also take advantage of using the "thrones" while at the rest area!
Clue:
When facing the front entrance to the building, behind and to the left side you will see a large cement water storage tank. There is a manzanita in front of the tank. In the middle of the manzanita, under some rocks is the crowning glory!
