Go northwest from the intersection of Kinney Road and Ajo Way into Tucson Mountain Park. Park on the north side of the road, .3 miles NW of the Ironwood Picnic area entrance.
Walk the Ironwood 10-15 minutes to the point where a small equestrian trail goes off to the right. Time for a wash! Down and up you go to the T. Turning right at this point, walk to the spot where the old west stands tall at 290º magnetic framed by ocotillo, a large boulder to the left. Look behind the boulder, beneath fallen wood.
