This box is now unactive--or archived--it's home with me for a couple of weeks--will try to re-plant it in a new location soon.
Rise Up Old Flame is the name of a old Girl Scout song--these two stamps when put together make a nice fire--even though they are not hand carved--I wanted to plant them together! I hope you will seek them out--too.
Bring Pencil & Paper, bug spray is also a good idea. Terrain is flat but path is narrow and not really marked.
You should be able to park at the Stony Brook Fish & Game Assn. located at 128 Lowell Road in Westford, Mass. It's just before the Chelmsford town line.
Note the Street Number for the Fish & Game. Also, note the year the place was established.
Park your car and walk down the road back towards Westford---noting the area across the street---it's conservation land. When you pass 122 Lowell Road you'll note that very soon across the street is a hand carved sign that reads Francis Hill. Take the narrow path just after the sign into the woods. Shrtly after 100 steps or so you'll come to a path that juts off to the left--this is where you want to start counting--do a bit of math---Add the last 2 digits in both the street address (of where you parked) and the year the Fish & Game was established--now, to that number add the last number in the street address to the other numbers. Walk down the path that juts off to the left this many steps and you should come to a large Halved Rock on your Left. Behind it is the trunk of a very large tree--go sit on the trunk so that you are facing the rock and it is in front of you. Look Behind & Down on your Right to find the prize you are seeking. You can log in right there--please be sure to re-hide it behind the trunk of the tree so that it is out of sight.
Please also log in and let me know how you liked your fire.
Should you wish to see more of the stamps by Stampin' Up! you can visit my webiste as I also sell them!
It's http://burkcardexp.stampinup.net you can click on the catalog link and find over 165 different stamp sets, ink pads & paper and lots more. Send me an e-mail to place an order.
Happy trails, Howling Wolf
