Alas, I hate to have to admit that this box is missing. No one at the shop seems to know what might have happened to it. So bummed. Aljan
You can find this box at Fosselman's Ice Cream shop located at 1824 W Main Street in Alhambra. Fosselman's is CLOSED on Sundays.
Fosselman's opened its doors in 1924 and over 85 years later is still a family run business! Fosselman's ice cream continuously wins the gold medal award at the LA County Fair and they have been voted as the best ice cream in LA a number of times. Their seasonal varieties like peach, cinnamon and my personal favorite, pumpkin pie are mouth wateringly good. You know you want some!
I have to extend a BIG thank you to the fine folks at Foseelman's for kindly allowing me to place this box INSIDE their store. They do know that it is there and were quite curious about this letterwhating? thing.
Step inside, order yourself up a treat and do a bit of stamping. Above the trash cans in the middle of the store, on the opposite side from the counter, is a shelf which holds several laminated and framed articles about and appreciation certificates for Fosselman's. On the right hand side is a thank you from the folks at KCET radio. Reach behind this for the box. There is not an inkpad in this box. Please gently clean off the stamp after you have inked it up and used it.
Email me with the condition of my box at AljanSundance@yahoo.com. Thanks for finding my box!
