From the highest point in Georgia, take the walking trail which starts back down to the parking lot. This trail will soon cross over the road for the shuttle van. Soon after, you will get to a switchback in the trail with a couple benches. Stop here. Follow the path into the rhododendrons, behind the benches, bearing about 100 degrees. About 16 paces in, stop, and the box will be under a rock on your right.
